Nathan Dorius
Nathan Dorius practices primarily in banking and finance, real property, general corporate, and general litigation. In his banking and finance practice, Nathan has represented large national and regional financial institutions, local banks, private lending groups, and land developers, assisting his clients with underwriting issues, loan document preparation, collateralization, loan document enforcement, landlord-tenant issues, commercial and residential leases, condemnation proceedings, purchase contracts, resolving title exceptions. Nathan has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and in state and federal court (including bankruptcy court) in Utah and California.
