Colby Tinney

Colby is an associate attorney in Mitchell Barlow & Mansfield’s litigation group. His practice focuses on all aspects of complex civil and commercial litigation. Colby has represented clients in a range of matters, including noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, contract disputes, trade secrets, commercial torts, securities litigation, fiduciary duties, and corporate and partnership disputes.
